Our delivery policy

Free 2nd class delivery is offered for all mainland U K orders.
There is no weight limit so order as much as you wish without worrying about the postage costs
Locations outside of UK mainland and overseas will incur additional delivery charges.
We heavily subsidise other postage service costs to help you further

1. What is your returns policy?

We hope that you will love everything you buy from us, however if this is not the case, we promise to refund any item you are unhappy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt

When returning items to us, please place your returned goods in their original packaging and do not remove any labels or tags. Please show respect for the goods and ensure they are carefully folded and repacked as sent to you. If items are received back in a poor condition this may invalidate your rights.

2. How do I return an item?

You are legally obliged to contact us before returning your item

Please follow the below process for returning your parcel to us:

  1. Re-pack the item in its original packaging with labels and tags still attached.
  2. Return the package by using the Post Office counters and obtain a signed for service for your own peace of mind. .
  3. Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return.

Please note that unless products are faulty, you are legally bound to return the item as sold and inform us of the return within fourteen days of receiving the item and have the item back to us within this 14 days. Should the item not be in the same condition as sent by law we may set reasonable costs against the amount re-credited to you in the refund.

3. How do I return a faulty item?

  1. If you receive a faulty item and would like a refund, please send us a message via our contact us page advising us of your order number along with the name/product code of the item affected and the details of the problem, so that we may investgate this for you.
  2. Please return the item to us following the same procedure as stated in section 2 ‘How do I return an item?’

We‘ll examine the faulty product and be in touch with information of what refund you are entitled to via email within a reasonable period of time.

4. How long will my refund take to be processed?

If you would like to return an item, we will fully refund you immediately after we receive your item back to the shop as long as it is as sent.
Please note, this is provided that you have given the legal notice of returning the item as stated above and the product returned is received back to us within the 14 day returns period as stated above or is faulty.

Faulty products returned by you will be refunded in full, including a refund for the delivery charges for sending the item. However if there is more than the returned faulty item in the same order, the delivery charge will not be refunded.

In the event that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide the certificate and tracking number of posting from the Post Office as proof of postage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting.

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. In the case of an order involving multiple purchases within one transaction then should part of the order be returned to us no postage is refunded, only the cost of the item you are returning

5. Can I exchange an item?

Unfortunately, we are not able to process exchanges at this moment in time. If you would like to return an item, please return your item as outlined in the above sections and we will happily process a refund for you.

6. What are my cancellation rights?

In addition to our returns policy, you can cancel your contract with us at any time within 14 working days beginning on the day after you receive the product(s) which are subject to the contract (“cooling-off period”).

To cancel your contract, you must notify us in writing within the 14 day Cooling-Off Period to the address noted here or by email via our contact email on the website.

Goods returned without prior cancellation will be held until the postage to return them is duly paid by yourself to Miss Peachy as these goods are defined by law as belonging to you.
Goods returned as "not collected from the sorting office" are not deemed as cancellations - the goods belong to you and will be held safely for you by Miss Peachy until the postage cost is paid by you to resend the goods back to you.

You must then return the products as outlined in accordance with ‘How do I return an item?’. Notification of return of your products via our contact detail in the shop are acceptable by Miss Peachy if received within the legal time frame for the purposes of your statutory rights to cancel the contract. Please note that in order to cancel your contract, you must return all the products that were covered by the order. You must take reasonable care of the products that you wish to cancel and not use or wear them. If you cancel your contract with us, we will refund the amount due to you .Please be advised we recommend a tracked method of posting for your own peace of mind to return items and have them back to the shop within 14 days of the purchase date to receive your refund.

You are responsible for the return postage cost.
Refunds will be made immediately the item is received and checked.
